Dear Emma Shop Account:

Please sign up for an account on our website here. This is necessary for me to link your 40% personal rep code. You will need to be signed into your account for the code to apply to your orders.


SMILE App Rewards Program:
Required. Please create an account with Smile
Rewards (click the gift icon in the bottom right corner of our website). All shop credits and rep rewards during your term will be loaded via this method to your account. This program auto-generates coupon codes for you to use during checkout when you hit milestones in your rewards. Via the program, you also earn points when you make purchases on our website.


Brand Rep Affiliate Program:

This step is optional. However, reps will be unable to earn commission without signing up for the program. This is the individual rep's responsibility and Dear Emma LLC will not be responsible for issuing back payments. Affiliates earn 10% on customer orders placed through your affiliate link, as well as earn 10% when your share code is used without the link. Please contact me with the share code you wish to use (I will set it up on the website, as well as in your affiliate program portal).

Code may ONLY be used by rep for personal purchases and may not be used to make purchases for family, friends, or anyone else under any circumstances. All gift purchases for friends or family must be purchased with your friends and family 10% code. Code may not be combined with other codes/shop credits and will not become active until it is connected to your store account. Code may become deactivated due to inactivity or dismissal from rep position.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS


REPS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE EACH WEEK:
1. One personal VIP post
2. Actively comment in VIP
3. Actively comment/share business page posts
4. Share our weekly drops/sales via Facebook



VIP GROUP PERSONAL POSTS
A minimum of one personal post must be made weekly by each rep (repping photos, daily-real life photos, order unboxings, interactive game, "this or that" outfit/bow pairings, etc). At minimum 3 posts per month.


ACTIVELY COMMENTING IN THE VIP & BUSINESS PAGE
Please engage with as many VIP and business page posts (made by me, Tiffany) as possible by 'liking' the post and leaving a 4+ word comment relative to the post.
This is the only way we can beat the Facebook algorithm and help boost our posts out to the feeds of our VIP members. Showing support on customer posts also helps boost confidence in sharing their photos in our VIP and helps everyone feel welcomed. Please do not comment on VIP posts older than 2 days unless it is a weekly drop/closeup post.


PROMOTING 
OUR DROPS & SALES
Weekly Facebook promotion is required. Promote/share our releases, sales and special events. Our main weekly drop (typically on Thursdays) MUST be shared and promoted via Facebook at the minimum. You may share to your newsfeed or in rep groups. Facebook is our main source of traffic, but you are also welcome to promote on Instagram/etc in addition to Facebook.

Reps are never required to make purchases in order to be considered a valuable part of our family/team! I will post all of the photos and graphics that you may use to promote with weekly in our private rep group.
POSTING PROMOTIONAL GRAPHICS IN THE VIP
Please do not re-post promotional graphics/collages in the VIP as standalone posts. You may, however, include them with a personal post along with photos of your rep, etc. Reposting promotional graphics can sometimes feel spammy  and we want to avoid that. 


POSTING YOUR CODE/AFFILIATE LINK IN THE VIP
Please limit this to personal posts and drop announcement posts only as to reduce the feel of it being "spammy."


PHOTO USAGE & PERMISSIONS
By agreeing to represent Dear Emma LLC as a Brand Rep, you are allowing us to use photos submitted by you across our social media platforms and website during and after your term. 


PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Returning photos of orders placed with your rep codes are not required, however they are highly encouraged. We encourage you to share your little one in our brand in the VIP and I love to share your photos as well! IF SUBMITTING PHOTOS: You must upload them to your rep album in the rep group (that you create). I will not save your photos from the VIP without your permission as our group is a safe space to share. For photos to be shared via the website and on our social media, they must be clear, bright, and the item must be in full view and in focus. 


REPPING FOR OTHER BRANDS:
Reps are always welcome to rep/shop with other brands, even similar shops in direct competition with us. I do ask that you do not promote/tag them in our VIP. Reps are always expected to represent our brand as equally and with as much enthusiasm as you do your other shops. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

If at any point I feel like a rep is engaging in disappointing behavior inside or outside of the VIP group that will reflect negatively on my small shop and on myself, or not upholding rep agreement, Dear Emma LLC will terminate rep contract without notice. Contract termination voids any and all unpaid rewards accumulated. No exceptions. This includes but is not limited to: posting negatively about other shops, customers, or children, engaging in unnecessary drama, or otherwise.
